When you arrive at Bangkok Airport you be met by your driver and guide who will escort you to your hotel of choice in Bangkok. You will check in and have the rest of the day to do what you like. Meals are on the guests account today. Overnight in Bangkok

After breakfast at your hotel, you will commence your day tour of Bangkok. First you will visit Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha Temple) which is the biggest and oldest temple in the city. See the 200 year old, five and a half ton Golden Buddha at Wat Trimit before enjoying a Thai lunch. After lunch make your way to the Royal Grand Palace. Take a walk around the palace grounds and drop into the grand Coronation Hall. See the holiest temple in Thailand known as The Emerald Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Kaew). After the tour, head back to your overnight accommodation in Bangkok. Tonight you are free to explore Bangkok. Dinner is on the guest’s account.

Following breakfast at your hotel, you will be collected by your tour guide and driver in your chosen air-conditioned mode of transport and make your way to visit Bang-Pa-In. Here you will visit a selection of the best temples in the area and have a chance to browse through or buy some superb art works. Enjoy a tasty lunch made from local and fresh ingredients which is sure to delight you. After lunch you will board a local cruise and make your way back to Bangkok. Along the way see the daily activities of the people whose lives revolve around the river as well as magnificent scenery. Upon arrival in Bangkok you will be transferred from the pier to your overnight accommodation. Dinner is on the guest’s account tonight and you are free to wander around the city, shop or take in a show.

When you have had your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transported to the airport for your flight to Chiang Mai. You will be transferred to your hotel for check in and then have the rest of the day free until dinner. Lunch is on your account. Your dinner tonight will be an amazing traditional Khantoke Style meal which also includes a show by hill tribe locals displaying their traditions and culture. Transfer back to your hotel for a free evening to relax. Overnight in Chiang Mai

Breakfast is served at your hotel before we make our way to a Meo Hill Tribe Village. They are descended from Southern China and generally have large family communities. Agriculture is their main means of income with crops such as corn, soya beans and rice being their staple diet. Doi Pui was once well known for its opium crops which thrived at 1,500 meters above sea level. Try the local cuisine for lunch and be amazed at the awesome flavors of the cuisine of this region. Continue on to Wat Doi Suthep and experience an incredible view over Chiang Mai. Next we will visit San Kamphaeng which is the centre of the cotton and silk industries. Learn how they make and weave these stunning fabrics into wonderful products. Visit Bor Sang, where paper umbrellas are manufactured and painted by hand. Next is Thai Celadon where superb ceramics are manufactured. For hundreds of years these wares have been distributed all around the region. See craftsmen produce incredible silverware and lacquer ware products. Head to your hotel in Chiang Mai for check in and enjoy the evening free to dine and do anything you like.

Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel before beginning today’s activities. First you will go to the Elephant camp to witness the elephants have their early morning swim before commencing their days work with their trainer. Take an hour long elephant trek through the river and along tropical paths. Join an oxen team cart ride back to the elephant camp. Eat a superb Thai lunch at the camp and take some time to relax. In the afternoon take a bamboo raft along the Mae Taengt River. On the way back to Chiang Mai, stop at an Orchid Nursery with a magnificent collection of orchids and flowers from around the world. Go back to your overnight accommodation in Chiang Mai and enjoy the evening free. Dinner on your account.

Take your time this morning and enjoy breakfast and a tea at your hotel. You will have a free morning until your transfer is ready to take you to the airport for your flight to Bangkok. End of Delightful Thailand.
